A blend of certified organic Mexican and Peruvian Arabicas, with the Peruvian building texture and body, while the Mexican bean offers fruit sweetness, bright acid and citrus zest. This balance of flavours, body and texture enables us to produce a beautiful organic blend suitable across the entire spectrum of brewing methods. This coffee blend was Western Australia’s first ever certified organic roast.
