Philosophy


First of all let us tell you what our Delivery and Shipping Philosophy is:

           - We always aim to get your products out to you as fast as humanly possible.

           - We guarantee if you order before 12pm, we will ship it that very same day.

           - Our coffee is roasted fresh daily – we will never send you old coffee.

 

Method of Delivery

We currently use Australia Post as our sole means of distribution. All packages are sent via road.

 

Places of Delivery

We deliver throughout Australia. Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver internationally.

 

Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee delivery times as it is reliant on Australia Post. However, our estimated delivery times are listed below:

-          Perth Metro: Overnight

-          South West – Western Australia: 1-2 days

-          Rural Western Australia: 1-4 days (depending on distance)

-          Australian Capital Cities (aside from Perth): 2-3 days

-          Rural (Outside WA): 4-7 days

 

Delivery Charges

            We offer free delivery if you spend $150.00 or more.

            Delivery is $5.00 to postcodes between 6000-6999.

            Delivery is $9.00 to every other postcode.

 

Issues

If there is an issue with the delivery process and you fail to receive your order please get in contact with us immediately and we will attempt to rectify the situation as much as possible.

Tracking

Australia Post will send you an email and/or a text message with information regarding tracking information of your order. You should be able to follow your order all the way to your doorstep.
