Originating from South Africa this fermented herbal tea is widely popular around the world for it's high antioxidants and being caffeine free. Developed by the Dutch as an alternative to black tea, it is also commonly drunk with milk and sugar.

Rooibos is a legume (check out the picture to the left!) You can also find Green Rooibos, like Green Tea this is unfermented.
Recommended Dose: 1 heaped teaspoon (2.5g) per cup (200mL)
Recommended Brewing: 5 - 8 minutes @ 95-100 deg. C
