Why is our Chokolat so special?
The Baron wanted to make a chocolate that only a real coffee lover would love. So he called his mate Gabriel who he reckons knows more about chocolate than just about anyone.
The Baron had roasted and ground an explosive blend of Columbian, Ethiopian and Papua New Guinean coffee beans and he said to Gabriel, “I need you to make me an extraordinarily ‘bitey’ chocolate”. So Gabriel sourced two unique ‘single origin’ cocoa beans capable of holding the intense Yahava Espresso Koffee and hand-made a micro-batch of only 250 bars.
The baron called these Espresso Chokolats.
Then he insisted Gabriel make a gentler less ‘fiery’batch he said, “for those folk who need to sleep” and he called this batch Yahava Latte Chokolats.
Well it was love at first bite, Gabriel said “I love that Koffee” and The Baron said “I love that Chokolat”.
Now how special is that?
