At Yahava, we source our coffee beans from the world’s great coffee belt. We only procure arabica coffees that are renown for their intense flavours and exceptional quality and roast them into our popular Signature, Specialty Estate, Regional Blends & Storm and Grand Cru ranges.
Our passionate team is constantly discovering new and exciting harvests in remote and often difficult to access plantations to deliver even more amazing coffees to our drinkers throughout Australia & Singapore. On our travels, we also hunt out other exotic goodies including a fabulous range of Teas, Elixirs and Essences, Hand Made Chocolates and Coffee Brewing Equipment.

Our Specialty Estate coffees are single origin, microlot harvests from small estates and farms dotted around the coffee belt. All are hand-picked coffees and are purchased on the open market as they become available. These purchases are spontaneous and are difficult if not impossible to repeat, so when the coffee is gone it is unlikely that we can purchase more.
As leading and renown specialty coffee importers and roasters in Perth, Yahava’s coffees are available to cafés, restaurants and shops in Australia through wholesale. Our wholesale team deliver the best quality roasted coffees to establishments throughout Western Australia each week.
Alongside leading brewers, our state of the art Joper coffee roasters gives us the control to develop roast profiles to accommodate the needs of any discerning café or restaurant owner. Additionally, alongside being a wholesale coffee supplier, Yahava also delivers and supports our clients with barista training, recipes and product information that helps them to create a better retail experience.
All it takes is one step into one of our WA-based KoffeeWorks and you’ll be delighted by the wonderful aroma of our freshly roasted speciality coffee. On any given day, there’s a good chance you’ll arrive and the Roaster will be up and running.
Anyone who knows anything about coffee would agree – roasting is as much a science as it is an art. At Yahava, our roasters will gladly explain how we roast different beans and the process and transformation that occurs as they caramelise into the delicious, dark, golden brown that we all know and love. Listen out for a cracking noise inside the drum that signals it’s time to pour the smoking beans into the cooling tray. Watch as the sweep arms mix the beans with cool air blown through the tray. Gradually the crackling subsides, the smoke clears and another fresh coffee roast is ready to bag – each with a newly released sumptuous delicate flavour due to its coffee estate.
Our roasters constantly collaborate to ensure the quality of each locally roasted coffee matches the taste profile we have set for each coffee and each label. But it is always our customers who have the final say. We encourage all of our customers to try before they buy. Anyone can sample any one of our coffees up to and including our Grand Cru Coffees, on our Tasting Benches, no appointment is required. It is also the best way to find a coffee that is perfect for you.
