Our Specialty Estate coffees come from a small number of distributed farms and estates throughout the coffee belt and are single origin, micro lot harvests. All of the coffees are hand-selected and bought when they become available on the open market. When the coffee is gone, it is doubtful that we will be able to make another spontaneous purchase since it is difficult, if not impossible, to reproduce.

Once the product is available, we highly recommend being quick to proceed with the Checkout since these types of products are dependent on availability. Since these are ‘monthly’ limited-edition coffee beans that came from hard-to-reach places all over the world, it’s hard to say when a particular roast will be available again in the near future.
