Coffee (coffea arabica)

Originally a native of Ethiopia, coffee beans are one of the world’s most valuable crops and are now grown extensively across the entire equatorial belt. The evergreen coffee shrub thrives under the forest canopy and produces bright red cherries. Within each cherry is the coffee bean; once separated, washed and dried it is roasted ground and brewed into one of the world’s most popular beverages.

Our Iced Koffee Elixir takes all the hard work out of preparing an iced coffee. We take our beans, roast them and then grind them for percolation. To the resulting liquor, we blend in a caramel essence and create an intense, sweet Iced Coffee full of flavour but with none of the hassles. This is the perfect pick me up on a hot summer’s day!

Pour 45mls of Iced Koffee elixir into a glass, add plenty of ice, then pour over your milk of choice. As an added treat serve with a scoop of vanilla or koffee ice cream and top with a swirl of whipped cream.
