All orders will be packed within one working day of your order being placed. We send all of our orders via Australia Post, which means you should expect to receive your order within 2-6 working days. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.
No one wants to be without coffee, so if for any reason you have not received your coffee within 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to follow it up for you.
For all orders under 2kgs, the cost of delivery is:
$6 Perth metro (orders over $150 will receive free shipping)
$10 North West
$8 South West
For all orders of and over 2kg a $5 freight charge will be added to the above rates.
International shipping is currently not available.

How will my order be packed?
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Our roasted coffee is packed with zip locks, that are heat sealed for safe and easy storage. The one way valve packs allow CO2 to escape without exposing the coffee to air, ensuring the freshness of your coffee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa & Mastercard Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

Any in-progress orders will be roasted and shipped as the final order associated with your subscription.

Do you ship overseas (and where in Australia do you ship)?
Currently we do not ship internationally. Our online orders are sent nation wide Across Australia.
How do I redeem a gift card and can it be used in store?
You can redeem a Gift Card on the checkout page of any order, Currently gift cards are restricted to online orders only and are not redeemable in-store.
